Install instructions

See README for install instructions. Windows installs require a manual font install.

Must run from the terminal on windows; don't double-click the .exe to run. HOWEVER, on both Windows and Mac you may have to right-click and try to run the arda executable once to let the OS know it's from a trusted source, to get around the "unknown developer" warnings.
